1. Mutual Respect & Conduct

The foundation of the MT marketplace is mutual respect. Every interaction between a client and a worker must be professional, friendly, and respectful. MT maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or abusive language.

Both parties agree to treat each other’s time and property with the utmost care. Workers are guests on the client's property, and clients are facilitators of the worker's business success.

2. AI Mediation & Dispute Resolution

In the event of a disagreement or technical misunderstanding, MT utilizes advanced AI support agents embedded within each application side. These agents are trained to provide immediate, neutral mediation based on the service request details and communication logs.

Users are required to engage with AI mediation as a first step for any dispute. Our support team oversees all AI interactions to ensure fairness and accuracy.

3. Legal Action & Safety

MT takes safety and legal compliance seriously. If a dispute escalates beyond standard marketplace disagreements to include threats, property damage, or illegal acts, MT reserves the right to suspend accounts immediately and pursue appropriate legal channels.

We will cooperate fully with local law enforcement and provide necessary digital breadcrumbs (logs, location data, identity verification) to ensure justice and safety for our community.

4. Service Commitment

By accepting a job, a worker commits to the standards of the MT platform. By posting a request, a client commits to providing a safe workspace and prompt payment as per their selected plan.
